MEASUREMENTS

In order to convert to cm, please multiply by 2.54. Remember to factor in the multiplication of 2 in order to get circumference. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY – SINGAPORE

PRINCESSA aims to keep shipping as fuss-free as possible. More than that, we know that claiming your purchased item the fastest time possible is important to you, we want to make it happen.[/vc_column_text][vc_toggle title=”When will you ship my order?” style=”bordered”]

ORDERS PLACED DELIVERY TIME
Monday to Friday Delivery estimate of 2-4 working days* commences on the next working day the order is made. #Your order will arrive between Monday to Saturday.
Saturday and Sunday Delivery estimate of 2-4 working days* commences on the next working day (Monday) of the following week.

* We use local couriers to facilitate the delivery of our orders. Therefore it would usually take place between 9am to 10pm, Monday to Saturday.[/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”Do you offer free shipping?” style=”bordered”]We value customers a lot that PRINCESSA offers free shipping to our valued clients. Free shipping applies to qualifying orders at least SGD200 for customers in Singapore.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • Free shipping applies to qualifying orders at least SGD200 for Singapore customers. For orders below SGD200, the courier flat rate is SGD5. Free shipping may be enjoyed in conjunction with a voucher code, automatic discount or credit voucher.
  • Vouchers and automatic discounts do not apply to shipping fees, unless otherwise stated.
  • Shipping fees will not be refunded for items returned.
  • We reserve the right to change or discontinue free shipping at any time.

RETURNS – SINGAPORE

[/vc_column_text][vc_toggle title=”What is the return process?” style=”bordered”]Every consumer that is not satisfied with their purchase has the right to return the item(s) to PRINCESSA. Returns should be made within seven (7) days of receipt, unused and with tags still on, in the original brand packaging.

Your item can be exchanged for a different size, colour or different item of the same value paid in cash. Items are subject to availability. For items that are priced higher than the original amount paid in cash, a top-up will be required. For items that are priced lower than the original amount paid in cash, the difference in amount will be forfeited.

Refunds will be credited via a return coupon that can be used for your next purchase online. We do not provide cash refunds.[/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”Returns checklist:” style=”bordered”]

  • Is item within seven (7) days of receipt?
  • Are the tags still intact on the items?
  • Are the items in the same condition as when it was received?
  • Is the item still in its original PRINCESSA package?

If the payment was done in COD process, please have your bank account details ready.[/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”Do I have to pay for shipping when I return the product?” style=”bordered”]We do not currently provide a free returns service for all orders. Any charges incurred for returning goods back to us are the responsibility of the recipient. We will not reimburse the postal charges incurred returning an item, or refund the original delivery charge, unless the item is faulty or has been sent to you in error.

We do our best to accept all returns. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you.
